5. Cancellation and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For EU users, these Terms will comply with applicable EU consumer and data protection laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms will first be attempted to resolve amicably. If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or competent courts located in Vietnam, unless prohibited by law.
