This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Reqbit ("we", "us", or "our") issues refunds for subscriptions and services purchased through our platform.
We want you to be satisfied with our Service, but as our product is a subscription-based SaaS platform, certain conditions apply.
1. General Policy
Our Service operates on a subscription model (monthly or yearly billing). Once a subscription payment is successfully processed, it is considered final and non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in this policy.
However, we understand that situations may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
We may consider a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges — You were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription.
- Accidental Upgrade or Renewal — You renewed or upgraded your plan unintentionally and contacted us within 7 days of payment.
- Service Not Delivered or Technical Issues — You experienced a major, ongoing technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Trial Period Exception — If you cancel during the free trial period (before billing starts), no payment will be charged.
Refund requests that meet the above criteria will be approved at our discretion, and may be subject to transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., Paddle, Stripe).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the payment was processed.
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- You did not use the Service or only used it partially during the billing cycle.
- You were dissatisfied with features available in your selected plan (please try our free demo or trial first).
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Refund Request Process

Please include:
- Your account email or organization name
- Payment date and amount
- The reason for the refund request
We will review your request within 5–10 business days and notify you of the outcome via email. If approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Payments Through Third Parties (e.g., Paddle, Stripe)
If your payment was processed by Paddle, Stripe, or another authorized reseller, the refund will be issued according to their respective refund and chargeback policies. In such cases, you may be redirected to their support for verification and refund processing.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We encourage you to contact our support team before taking such action — we are happy to assist.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
